BORGATTA Marc L.

Mark an American citizen living in Montréal  was the creator and cartoonist  of “Dr. Blue and Blackie”. He was recalled to the American Army when the U.S. entered the war. The serial was temporarily taken over by writer Spragett writer and illustrator  Andre Kulbach in anticiapation that Marc would return but Bell Features probably ended before he had a chance to.
