SHOULTZ Curt 

Born in Detroit and raised in Ann Arbor Michigan.

He studied at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, and became a freelance comic book artist and commercial illustrator based in Brandon Manitoba.. He created a cartoon strip “Prairie Dog Express” and self syndicated it in Canada and the U.S. On New Year’s Eve 1990, he cartooned the year’s events on a performance mural at the Winnipeg Art Gallery.
