OAKLEY Mark

While in Toronto, He created a serial “Thieves and Kings” which first appeared in September 1994.

It has since been published in both periodical and book formats. He moved to Wolfville Nova Scotia where he continued to work on “Thieves and Kings” and in addition created a cartoon strip “Stardrop” for Grapevine, the community newspaper. It has been collected into a book.
