MOZEL
Born 1918 in Winnipeg, he sold his first cartoon to a local paper when he was seventeen. He studied at art school for a year then worked as a sign painter, display designer and mechanic’s assistant. In 1938 he was hired as the editorial cartoonist for the Tribune [Winnipeg] where he worked till the mid 1970’s.
