GIARD Luc

Born 7 July 1956 in Sainte-Hyacinthe Québec, later settled in Montréal.

He went to Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf where he met and was mentored by Father Marcel Lapointe who taught Luc to develop his drawing talent. In addition to cartooning he draws, paints, sculpts and does collage. He was heavily influenced by Helgé’s “Tintin” and often uses its imagery.
