“Department None” is an organization dedicated to suppressing Canadians’ knowledge about their superheroes. “Welcome To Department None” is the bookends story for the stories in Epic Canadiana volume 2. The Department also turns up in other stories in the volume. In the “Bobby Ore” story, it is further portrayed as a manipulator of superheroes. The “Loon 2” is an adversary of this organization.
