Mackenzie Queen, 1-3, 1985: Inside front cover.

In 1976 he began a series of cartoon strips named “The Zilchies Of Deliriumland” which was transformed into “Fluffhead”. The only periodical that this strip is known to have appeared in was Crazy, 92, Dec. 1982: 66.

He was living in Ottawa in circa 1978/1979 when he published The Heart Single Field Theory and Jacques. In 1983, his mini book Dinosaur Comics appeared.

Jacques Boivin’s Love Fantasy (1987) appears to have been an attempt by Jacques Boivin to create an erotic periodical. It was published by Renegade Press. In 1988 The Complete Fluffhead was published this was a collection of cartoon strips mentioned above.

His association with Sylvia Rancourt and the “Melody” project began in 1988 and lasted till the mid 1990’s.
