GILLIGAN Paul

He studied at Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Oakville, and at the Film Institute in Ottawa. While working at the Ottawa Citizen in 1990 he won a National Newspaper Award for design.

He is principally known for his creation “Pooch Café.
