BRAIN

THE BRAIN

A character created by Leo Bachle for Bell Features, Active Comics. Gordon Bell aka “The Brain” was principally a crime fighter rather than an agent fighting the Axis powers.  Leo cartooned the series till Active  22 then Andre Kulbach took over. The serial itself lasted only five more issues. This is another indication that Bell Features was losing its artists leaving only a core of talent.
